Terms of service

Judy Shop — operated by Cerebra Marcom LLC. Effective 2026-09-17.

By using judyshop.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the store.

1. Who we are

Judy Shop is an online store operated by Cerebra Marcom LLC, a company registered in Florida, United States, at 4283 Express Lane, Suite SA20688, Sarasota, FL 34249, USA. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Cerebra Marcom LLC; "you" means you.

2. Using the store

You must be at least 18 to order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

You agree not to: scrape or copy the store for a competing catalogue, attempt to break into it, upload anything malicious, impersonate someone else, or use the store for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done through your account.

3. Products, images and availability

We describe and photograph everything as accurately as we can. Even so:

  • Screens render colour differently. A small difference between the photo and the item is not a fault.
  • Measurements are given in the size chart on the product page and may vary by 1–2 cm on soft goods.
  • Stock is shared with our suppliers and can sell out between your order and our confirmation. If that happens we contact you within one business day and you choose a restock wait, a swap, or a full refund.

We can change, limit or withdraw any product at any time, and we may limit the quantity one customer may buy.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in your market's currency. The currency you see depends on your country and on what our payment provider supports; if a local currency is not available you will see US dollars.

Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Converted prices may be rounded.

Import duty and tax are covered in the Shipping Policy. Where they are not collected at checkout, the carrier bills the recipient on delivery and the recipient is the importer of record.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will not ship an order at an error price.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer. Our confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract forms when we dispatch the item.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if: stock is not available, the price or description was wrong, our fraud screening flags it, the address cannot be delivered to, the destination country restricts the item, or we cannot verify the payment. We will tell you why.

6. Payment

We accept cards and digital wallets only:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express where supported, via Shopify Payments
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

We do not offer cash on delivery, bank transfer, cheque, cryptocurrency or instalment plans. Your card is authorised and charged when you place the order. If the charge fails or is reversed after dispatch, you owe us the value of the goods and we may recover it.

Card data goes straight to our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

7. Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates, cost, customs treatment and failed-delivery handling are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers them to the address you gave. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

8. Returns and refunds

Your return window, what we exclude, who pays return shipping and how refunds are issued are set out in the Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: UAE 14 days, Saudi Arabia 7 days, United States and rest of world 30 days, no reason needed for an unused item in original condition; faulty items reportable with a photo within 7 days of delivery, anywhere, at our cost.

Nothing in these terms removes a statutory consumer right you have in your own country.

9. Regulatory limits on what we sell

  • We do not sell liquid cosmetics or skincare into the GCC. Those markets require registration by a locally licensed importer (SFDA eCosma in Saudi Arabia, ECAS/Montaji in the UAE) which we do not hold.
  • We list a powered electrical device for a GCC market only where the supplier has given us valid SASO/SABER or ECAS/TDRA conformity documents. Where a product page states a conformity document is on file, we will provide a copy on request.
  • You are responsible for checking that an item you order is legal to import into your own country. If customs seizes a parcel because the item is restricted where you live, we cannot refund it.

10. Reviews and content you submit

When you post a review, photo or video you keep ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it on the store, in our emails and in our advertising, with your display name. You confirm it is your own content and that anyone shown in it has agreed.

We may remove content that is abusive, off-topic, fake, or that infringes someone else's rights. We do not edit the substance of a review or delete a review for being negative.

11. Our intellectual property

The Judy Shop name, logo, site design, original photography and copy are ours or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Product images supplied by manufacturers remain theirs.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. A code applied after checkout cannot be backdated. We may cancel an order placed with a code obtained by abuse or in bulk.

13. Links and third parties

The store links to third-party services (payment providers, carriers, social platforms). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms. Their privacy practices are theirs.

14. Liability

We provide the store "as is" and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost time, missed occasions — caused by a late or failed delivery.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If your local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses if they arise from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the store.

16. Force majeure

We are not in breach of these terms for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control — carrier strikes, customs closures, port congestion, natural disaster, war, epidemic, or government action.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away your right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, or to rely on that country's mandatory consumer protection law.

Before going to court, please email support@judyshop.com — almost everything is solved in one exchange.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are announced on the store.

19. Severability and entire agreement

If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms, together with the Shipping Policy, the Return and Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about your order.
